I love using you guys & have had no issues in the past. This time however the truck broke down (which I understand is out of your control) but I received no phone call informing me. I had to call asking why it was taking so long. Also, the movers said a couch wouldn’t fit through the door but the next day my husband tried and got it. So that was annoying.
