When I called to set up the move, the office staff was courteous and friendly, and they told me everything to expect and what the costs would be. There were no surprises. The movers, Eric and Joef, were professional and courteous. They finished shoveling snow to make walking safer. They made sure they didnandacirc;??t track anything inside. The furniture was wrapped well and handled with care. I couldnandacirc;??t have asked for a better experience!

The only problem, and it was a big one, is that they did not have me down for service on the moving date. I called when they did not show up on time, and the secretary said I was not on the list for Saturday!!!!! I had been given an estimate of how long it would take, a price estimate, and even was asked to list exactly what we wanted moved, and the addresses. I asked for an afternoon time, but she said they were not available that time of day, so I said a.m. was fine. Everything was remeteated, but I was so upset at first. I had people who had come out of town to help me.

Our experience with two men and a truck was excellent. Tonya was considerate, pleasant and told us everything we needed to know with our interstate move. Aaron and Harold were hard working professionals who put us at ease with the moving of our furniture in snowy weather to Michigan. We will certainly hire this company again for future moves.....in fact they are coming again on Saturday to move some more things locally for us!! It was the best experience we have ever had with a moving company!!

Our mover did a great job, it was cold and we had snow on the ground. They didnandacirc;??t complain ever. They moved at a safe yet very efficient pace. I would recommend them to anyone! My wife is 8 months pregnant and they took the stress out of moving!
