Some of the equipment used should have worked better.

We used Two Men and a Truck for both our packaging and moving needs. We received exceptional customer service from the office staff and a professional team of movers that we extremely hard-working, diligent in taking great care of our possessions, and kind and courteous to my husband and I and our two children. The entire staff of Two Men and a Truck exceeded our expectations and made the difficult task of moving an entire household a smooth, anxiety-free process. We will absolutely use their services again if we ever have the need. Thank you, Two Men and a Truck!

The men that came out were very pleasant and professional

Our movers, Brick and Craig were excellent. Very personable, nice, guys. Their attitude was exceptional considering the office did not tell them to bring a smaller truck that could fit under the bridges in downtown Chicago. The load was not that big. I explained to the office exactly where my son lived and someone should have checked the route for truck restrictions before they sent the team. Brick and Craig spent hours trying to find a route that would allow the truck. They finally did, and they were as pleasant as could be. I myself, would have been extremely aggravated. They are exceptional employees. It's a shame that their entire Saturday and ours was waisted on an office mistake, that could have been easily avoided. I hope Brick & Craig will be rewarded for superior work & attitude.

Craig and Aaron were very good at what they do. I would use them again.

Mix up day of move. I needed Friday move and u thought it was Saturday. U made arrangements for men to come in the afternoon the same day to fix the issue. Men were excellent and very courteous. A+

Moving day went well. Small job. Good service. Only complaint was trying to book them. Made several calls. Rockford office always answered and left message for Peoria office, but no one called. I finally got thru to them.

I was honestly very surprised with the affordability and excellent service offered by two men and a truck. And I loved the flat hourly rate, no surprise fees. And the two men that came JQ and Daejgeon, were very respectful towards us. They did their job fast and effectively.
I was very pleased with the overall service, and I will recommend two men and a truck to everyone I know.

I had the same young men assigned to my packing day and moving day. Their names were Xavier and Joe. This was a stressful move for me, a divorce involved, choosing which belongings I was going to keep which were heading for storage. I had already moved out of the house once before leaving behind some belongings. A very emotional, confusing time. I was adding items, changing my mind and was probably a little challenging for Xavier and Joe. Always pleasant, professional, smiling and concerned, they accomodated my state of mind and took excellent care of me and my belongings for packing and moving!! Great job!
