We scheduled this move last minute so we were thrilled that you could assist on such short notice. The team consisted of two men, one was very experienced while the other was relatively new. This proved a little challenging, at times, for the more experienced team member. I think it would be beneficial for team members to explain to the moving residents if they intend to dismantle any furniture.

Walt and Juan were very nice to deal with! I heard they interacted really nicely with our 5 year old granddaughter when they delivered things at her house. It was appreciated. Everthing was wrapped carefully and arrived just as it was when it was picked up. Thank you! One of the extra helpers at pickup is also to be commended. He found cash under filedrawers and brought it to us immediately.

All the guys we dealt with were very good. Alex, Jeremy, and Thomas communicated very well and the movers really hustled, especially Danny! We felt like our parents belonging were in very good hands.

Outstanding job! Carson and Jace are the hardest working and most efficient movers I have worked with. It was a complicated situation, but they completed each task efficiently and carefully. Everyone involved was impressed with them, with how well they worked together, and with how quickly the work was completed.

My furniture, specifically my desk which I use currently while working remotely was disassemble after it was pick up from my old apartment. The monitor arms are bent and the built in computer docking station does not work. In addition the bed frame is missing one part and the mattress is still sitting on the floor. I would like to file a claim. Cancelled appts, No-show appts., no call back.
