After we booked the appointment, our volume of furniture went up. I appreciate that the office team understood and made accommodations without issue. The moving team was on time and very fast. Our final bill was under the estimate.

My furniture arrived missing bolts. My dresser was not put back together, upon further inspection it's missing bolts too. My 55" TV was smashed and doesn't work. Overall not a great experience. The people complained the whole time about their job. It just wasn't what I'd consider good service.

They had to leave one v peice of furniture behind would not fit on truck my house is under contract do not know how the buyer will feel about that

Wow... we have used your company twice and both times everyone on your team has been AMAZING. I don't know where you find such stellar people, but you are lucky to have such hard working, kind people. Moving is stressful - they not only lightened the workload, but lightened the mood too.
