The crew arrived on time, had a great attitude, listened to and addressed our questions, concerns and directions regarding our more valuable or antique items.. We could not believe the speed with which they loaded/unloaded the trucks and placed the items where required.

The person who bid the job under estimated the amount of things and hence the time it would take considerably (took 40% more time). We also asked them to move a few pieces up from the basement of the new house, which all added up to a very long day (they started at 9 am finished at 10:30 pm. I was impressed how Rich kept his team’s spirits up, and their attitude was great to the end. They kept asking us if the items were where we wanted them, and would move again if needed (which did happen). Rich and his team really represented your company well, and did an exceptional job.

Office staff great and professional. Movers were very nice guys and took directions well. A couple of dings and scratches but that can be expected, especially for the price. I think they could use more training on packing the truck, which is where I think the dings and scratches happened. Overall it was a very good experience at a reasonable price. A good shout out to Brian, Joseph and the others for a great attitude. Kayla represents your company well

While they were two young men, they did a fantastic job with professionalism beyond their age and terrific personalities. They did a great job.
