I had a very small job. Just needed to move 1 couch about 10 miles. I could see if you had a larger move (more to move) and weren't prepared for the guys to come, things could be more complicated. Everything was great for my experience, but again, I was prepared, knew what to expect and only had a small job. My experience was 5 stars.

The movers that came to my house were friendly, professional and answered any questions that I had. I couldn’t believe how quickly they got things loaded up. The two men from the group that drove the truck out to CA were great. Again, they had the truck unloaded very quickly and were so pleasant. From what I can tell all of my items arrived safely and without a scratch.
