Overall my service was good, the movers were prompt, wrapped up items that needed it before moving and did a nice job asking us where we would like things placed. The only downfall I found was that items were ruined, one of which we noticed, not the movers and unfortunately had to note on an incident report.

Moving team was awesome - hustled and came in under time/budget and did a fantastic job! The guys took care when moving everything and made sure everything arrived safely. My two movers from the aurora IL office, mark and Adam were top notch. I came to 2 men and a truck for honesty and efficiency and I was given this in spades. Thank you for the hassle and stress free move!

The three men were very very efficient, polite, and accommodating. They took the initiative to inquire about exactly where I wanted the furniture, sometimes moving items just inches...more than once. Have already recommended them to others and am keeping their names on file for future recommendations.

Not all the teams fault, but they for got two furniture pieces in our partial move. They were in a closet and although they were told they were to go.... They forgot and so did I.
As it turned out there was no room for the pieces. Maybe they are psychic!

I hope you have a record of the two young men that helped us with our move on Sat 2/22 at the Holmstad (so sorry I am so bad with names!).
They were just wonderful! They were prompt, considerate , careful and efficient.
