We called Two Men and A Truck because we have used your services several times of the past few years. It turned out that our driver Rocky had been one of the movers that came to our house before. They moved several large items from tight places in our house to another house quickly and without any damage to either property or item. They did a great job.

I was told that they would wrap all of the furniture before it went on the truck, and they didn't, not one piece. I was also told that they would lay down runners going into all the rooms at the house, and they didn't. In fact got mud and dirt on the newly cleaned carpet, which I had to clean up myself. All I got was: "I'm sorry about that." I would use this company again, but job was not what I expected.

I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with the overall experience. When I contacted Two Men and a Truck, the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very responsive to emails. Move day was more than I expected (as I have had some bad experiences with other vendors). When the movers came to my door, they introduced themselves, shook my hand, and confirmed my expectations for the day to ensure their documentation matched my requirements. Zack and Steve were very professional, organized, and worked very well together. They took very good care of moving the furniture, and being very cautious of not hitting any walls, doors, etc. Their very friendly and positive demeanor took so much stress off what could have been a very stressful day for me. We used this moving company twice in the past 6 months. First to put our items in a storage facility, second to retrieve said items and complete our move in. This was a great value! From reservation to move in day. The key for us was to clearly mark our boxes. Our crew was fast, courteous and was able to put items in the proper rooms. I would definitely call Two Men and A Truck in Aurora/St. Charles area. Made our move a no worry day! Thanks again!
