Working with the office was easy and they were very helpful. The team of guys that came were hard working, fun and I felt comfortable with them. They went above and beyond. It took longer than expected due to complications with elevators. . Therefore cost WAY more than had expected.

The people who worked in the office and picked up the phones gave me conflicting information which was somewhat annoying but the drivers, Eric, Albert and Jack were the best!! They worked so hard, were super professional and did a wonderful job!

The 2 movers were terrific! They were prompt, efficient and respectful. They were extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the rates charged by your company have substantially risen. I feel I had to pay way more for a small move than I should have. For this reason I will no longer be using your company.

We have used before with limited issues. The movers did not pack her dishware as requested.The desk was damaged.The brand new bed (which is a storage bed with hydrolics) was ripped, and a big stain and they hydrolics don't work so she has no where to sleep and cant unload boxes under the bed.We discussed with Joel. More to write but out of "characters!" again a problem!! Fix that!
