Emma
Great experience! Emmet was very helpful getting me all set up for the move and answering all my questions. On the day of the move, Charles and his team were wonderful - fast, took great care of my items, and friendly. I lived on a 3rd floor walk up with a narrow winding staircase and was so impressed with how they navigated the stairs. Will definitely use for all my future moves.

Scott
Team arrived 45 min late which resulted in added pressure from building staff at both locations since the elevators were scheduled to certain times. This also resulted in fees charged to myself due to us going beyond the chosen elevator time slots. Team worked much slower than previous team I had when using this company. Broke once piece of furniture too due to improperly resting on fragile legs.
Response
Hi Scott, thank you for taking the time to share this detailed feedback. We understand how important timing can be when elevator reservations and building schedules are involved, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Your comments regarding the arrival time, pace of the move, and the damage to your furniture have been shared with our management team so they can review the situation internally. A member of our team is also working to follow up with you directly to discuss the details of your experience. We appreciate you letting us know and value the opportunity to look into this further.
Megan
The team was incredible from start to finish! Getting an original quote, the movers 1000000/10.
Response
Hi Megan, thank you for your feedback. We look forward to working with you again in the future!
Krystina
It was evident that the crew was inexperienced. One crew member didn’t really move until he was told to do something. The other two worked inefficiently. I felt that they were intentionally taking longer to extend the time. Additionally, many of my things were left off the quote. They broke my belongings (a lid to a HUGE glass jar and a closet system) and I have no compensation for it.
Response
Thank you for sharing your feedback, Krystina. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Our team takes concerns about crew performance, estimates, and item handling seriously, and the details you provided have been shared internally for review. A member of our team is currently looking into this situation and has reached out to you directly to learn more and work through the concerns you mentioned. Your feedback helps us evaluate our processes and team performance, and we appreciate the opportunity to address it.
