The person in the office I talked to originally. I gave him a detailed list of my items to be moved. The movers showed up and didn’t have enough room on truck!! Took also 3-4 hrs longer then quoted . Also, didn’t get all my furniture in my house . I now have a couch sitting in my garage. No reimbursement of funds for time and not getting all items in house . A horrible experience!!

I have several scratches on my wall. Also, I have a chip in one piece of furniture.

I got billed for 3 hours and it only took 3 and should have taken 2.5.

Too expensive, staff is inexperienced

Your moving team(s) were 4 stars (out of 5) - They would have been 5 stars, but after they left and some furniture was unwrapped, I noticed damage on a few items. They tried their hardest to fit everything in the truck (which took extra time) but unfortunately the 2 sales people I spoke to for a quote HIGHLY underestimated the amount of space in the truck. It took 2 days and 2 trucks to complete.

Jeremy and Michael did a great job! I had a few items of heavy furniture to move internally. The team showed up on time and was in and out within an hour. They were able to disassemble and reassemble furniture with ease and even helped me put my difficult bed back together.

We loved William. He was professional and got the move done fast and efficient. He was even able to get all of our belongings on the truck. They worked so hard and even got everything into the house before the rain came. They are rockstars!

Erick and Ulysses were amazing! When I move again, I will request them. No issues. They were on time, respectful and quick!

Movers Fidel and Jesse were pleasant and professional on both ends - loading and unloading. They worked very hard, and thanks to them, my out of state move went very smoothly.

My moving team was amazing! Very friendly and went the extra mile to get everything at my new home in one piece.

My movers were Hernandez and Zamora. They were both very professional and careful handling everything I had, and I had a lot of fragile things to move. If you're booking with this location, request these two and you won't have anything else to worry about. Thanks again for doing such an awesome job!
