The movers were fantastic! Bad weather but it didn't seem to slow them down. That being said, my complaint is on parking. You leave it up to us, but Chicago doesn't allow individuals to get moving truck permits. So I have to get unenforceable signs. And when people ignore them, there's nothing I can do, and it inevitably adds time to the move, which costs me money. It feels like a trap to get cash

This was my first move (after student housing). These guys made it so easy, were super friendly, and moved fast. My roommate and I are new to the workforce, and the move was totally affordable for us. Will definitely use them again.

The moving team included a member who was brand new and didn’t even know how to wrap a couch. The move took way too long for furniture fitting into a 10 by 10 storage unit. Additionally, the team spent way too much time wrapping certain items that had very limited value. The time to drive to the storage unit and unpack was completely unreasonable. The office was completely unhelpful.

I worked with Sylvia to schedule my move. There ended up being a mix up with my moving date and the day of, so I thought, no movers showed in the timeframe. I checked my invoice and I had confirmed the wrong day! Sylvia saved the day by getting a team together that same day a few hours later!! The team was great as well! Fast, thorough, professional, and super kind! Overall, a great experience!

The 2 gentleman who moved us were amazing! They consistently went above and beyond and were extremely friendly.

I was moving from a location that only allows 2 hours for dock/elevator reservation which made me nervous. I became more nervous when my driver was stuck in traffic. However, the team came and brought additional helpers and quickly but carefully disassembled my furniture, wrapped it with care and before my reservation time ended. Great, kind and professional team!
