The movers were on time and quite efficient. They were careful with our furnishings and polite to us during the move.
It was difficult to correlate the actual charges to the estimate. I would suggest more pricing transparency when quoting.

The guys were great!! They had such a pleasant attitude the whole time, are were a lot of fun to work with. They were fast, efficient, and handled the moved property with care. We are very satisfied with the service and will definitely use Two Men and a Truck if any other moving needs arise. Thank you!

Overall, I had a great experience with two men and a truck. The movers were courteous and had a positive attitude throughout the move. They got my furniture and personal belongings into my new apartment in a timely manner.

The movers were flexible in dealing with issues that arose with the building requirements for moving. They worked around the problems with a positive attitude and worked hard to fit within the scheduled move time. Well done!

Move took 3 hours longer than anticipated. The move out took 5 hours itself (only 2 movers present was the likely issue. A 3rd mover was sent at 1 PM to help with the move in). This was a likely 3 man job (2 BR apartment moving to a 3 BR and a 3rd mover should have been appropriately sent for the love out which is much more labor intensive.

The moving team of 3 guys was great on both days. They realized they were moving expensive furniture and were extremely careful. One piece was damaged and Eugene, the repair man, has not been out to our home to evaluate it. Most of our furniture is still in the warehouse it was delivered to and has not been unwrapped so I have no idea if other pieces are damaged also.

I was extremely disappointed in the service provided by the movers. They did not come with any tools so wasted a good amount of time because they could not take apart my bed. They kept asking me to find a L wrench which I did not have. After checking everywhere and almost running to store,I found tool kit in garage. I asked them to please return the kit because it was not mine and it was left out, torn apart, w the garage door wide open. They forgot to pack a dresser. The corners of my dark wood dining room table are all scratched up.They kept asking me to unpack things because they were rushing. Guy said he was going to 3:05 Cubs game which was lie. Game didn't start to 7:10. Left everything unwrapped and not where I wanted it.Figured better to move it myself then risk them breaking
