My movers were AMAZING. One was Jimmy and I forgot the other guy’s name but 10/10 give them a raise. Like look through your invoices for full names of moving team and give them a raise. I didn’t really need the office team. Pay your moving team more, they’re awesome. :)

Very slow and very unprofessional. My movers started the timer when they were still driving the truck - to my understanding I already paid a flat fee for them to get here so I was double charged. They tried to ignore my questions and concerns. One of the movers was vaping by the truck. They also would not let me insure my stuff - they crossed off the $25 insurance despite me saying to keep it.

The experience was great. Moved some big furniture from an apartment in Wrigleyville to a house in the suburbs and the two-man crew that came out was fantastic. They were efficient, careful and courteous and made the move very easy for us. Can't recommend you guys highly enough. Thanks!

My two movers (Jake and Travis, I believe) did such an incredible job. They executed the move so quickly and efficiently, and offered to move additional items I didn’t even expect them to. Plus, they were extremely kind and positive. Cannot thank them enough!

Your movers need more training for all of them to be consistent. They were punctual, courteous and professional but their inexperience was apparent. The first time I used service my sofa was battered because movers didn't pad it and tried to force it out a door that didn't fit. This time my dressers were not padded & were moved upside down causing damage. I will not use the this company again.
