Rick
From my first contact with staff to gather data and provide a quote, to the final steps after the move, could have been smoother or more professional. The estimated cost was right on target. My drivers, Nathan and Joey were amazing. They arrived right on schedule and moved very quickly but still cautiously protecting everything. I will ask for them in the future if that is possible!

This is my second time using TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for my moving services and I thought the first team was good. This second team (Kenneth & Saul) were amazing. They were professional, courteous and handled my belongings with extreme care. They completed the job in record time which was even more impressive. If you need a moving company go with this company and ask for Ken & Saul.

Nicholas
Salesperson quoted it wrong and too quickly. This created a situation where we missed elevator times and I was charged double because of it and lost thousands in deposits. The movers did great but they were set up to fail. The promise for quick work was the wrong approach and I had to pay for that. Enjoy the money you made because you’ll never get a cent from me again.
Response
Thank you for sharing your feedback, Nicholas. We’re glad to hear the moving crew did a great job, but we’re sorry the scheduling and timing created frustration with your elevator window and overall experience. We take coordination and communication seriously and will review this internally to help ensure clearer expectations moving forward. We appreciate you choosing our Chicago Downtown team.
