Another great move by Two Men and A Truck (actually 4 men). Did have some minor wall damage and waiting to hear back on repair but other than that all was excellent.

Scheduling the move was simple and the office staff was able to answer all of my questions before the move. Movers arrived right on time and were very professional. They were extremely careful with my furniture and communicated to myself and each other very well. Everything was taken care of extremely quickly as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is moving.

The movers from Two Men and a Truck (or in our case, 5 men and 3 trucks) is always great. They are consistently courteous and kind and take good care of our belongings. They make moving a pleasant experience.

The move was estimated incorrectly and took 3 hours past the estimate. The Supervisor did a good job rectifying the situation and he was kind and professional through the moving.
I explained to him that it would be important to have estimation that was based on larger homes and trucks to accommodate. He appreciated the feedback.

This is the third time we have used Two Men and a Truck and twice with the Crystal Lake location. We are very pleased with the ease of scheduling and the care they took with our furniture. The movers were professional and courteous. We will definitely use Two Men and a Truck for all our moving needs.

I WAS HAPPY WITH MY MOVERS. THEY ALSO WORKED HARD TO FINISH THE JOB IN A TIMELY MATTER WHICH HELPED ME SAVE SOME MONEY. bECAUSE IT WAS A LOCAL MOVE SAVING CASH WAS IMPORTANT, BUT I WOULD RECOMEND AND USE AGAIN.
