Kayla in the Crystal Lake Office was my original contact. She was courteous and informative including the pricing & availability. I must admit I was SHOCKED I was able to have my move completed within 2 days of my original inquiry! (The cost quote was in line with other companies, but scheduling was the determining factor!) My movers were Jake and Zachary and they were responsible handling my items (securing doors, shelving) to ensure no damage would occur, courteous/respectful, efficient (loading/unloading), providing me with phone notification of arrival time and arriving at promised time. They were jovial even in the intense heat and humidity. I am VERY pleased with every aspect and will use Two Men and a Truck again, without hesitation.

Patrick and his team were extremely professional and courteous - I liked the fact that each member introduced himself and shook my hand. They took care with our items and made a point to package and secure everything so that it all arrived safely at our destination. Price was comparable to other moving companies, so the quality of the service provided by 2 Men & a Truck makes them a cut above the rest.

The guys were great. Patrick, Zack, Jake and Jose were efficient, careful and really seemed to like working together also. Their interaction made the day go faster. We would absolutely use you guys again, and would continue to ask for this team. This is the second time that Patrick has worked with us, and he is excellent.

Look the overall experience was just fine. I get it things happen, but to ruin my drywall and then ruin my tv is just not acceptable. Also, I am watching the guys unload the truck, well I should say guy, the other one was cleaning up the truck and folding blankets while there was still plenty of boxes to move. I pay you hourly, clean up once you are done. Also if having to hear over and over how your company doesn’t touch tvs and doesn’t insure them and don’t like touching them but you do, doesn’t make someone so uneasy i don’t know what would. it’s obvious why you don’t, you dropped mine. I don’t have trust or faith in your company. Overall like i said the job got done and it was fine but i wouldn’t recommend anyone. Thank you!
