They were on time, courtesy, did a great job ! They need better tools though - stretch wrap roll should've had handles on the roll !! Very difficult to use without handles - I know because I used it a lot at a previous job. They did a good job dispite the lack of good equipment to do their work.

Il's hard to put into words how wonderful your crew was. I hired you and on the day of service I was in the hospital so my daughter took care of the appointment. She cant say enough for the kindness and care the men took with our animals and furniture. We dont see kindness and professional in the same business anymore. One man was concerned about our bird getting a draft when the door was open. Wow! You will always be my first choice for any moving we need. Please tell the men their kindness at a time we were under stress was so needed and appreciated!! Thank You!!!!

Our commercial office move required wrapping the desks and using a lot of packing blankets to protect the finish on all the furniture. It was all done very well and the load was secured well within the truck so as to protect everything very well.

Overall, our experience was good. Our only complaints is that our cedar chest looks like something was dragged across the top as there is a new wide scratch and we are missing some of the assembly pieces to our Ikea bed. We thought the bed frame was re-assembled, but it began coming apart last night. That is when we discovered we had lost some of the assembly pieces which would hold it together. Our movers were polite and worked quickly.
