The movers were great. Jonathan was nice. However, I was told they would call me the day before to let me know when the team would arrive at both places. They didn't. I had to call and track it down. Not happy with that. I also had to reach out about the two pieces of damaged furniture after being told someone would call me. I still haven't heard back yet.
