Carlos and his crew members were very helpful, kind, and timely. Carlos maintained good communication with me throughout the day to let me know when he would arrive to pick up the desk. he and his crew were efficient and took good care not to damage my home as they were moving things out.

The gentlemen who helped me move were absolutely amazing and I couldn’t have asked for better service. They went above and beyond!

This is not the first time we have used Two Men and A Truck, this is the first time I was very disappointed in the service. We were scheduled for 11:30, truck didn't arrive until 4:00. The office team did get us on the schedule for Friday and promised 3 movers to get the job done, only 2 movers arrived. The movers did all that we asked in the small amount of time they were there. The only issue I had with the movers was that the lead mover took it upon himself to correct his partner in our presence, not once but several times. Training should be done off site, how to carry furniture and pick up furniture, etc. The young man was embarrassed and rightly so. This was the first time I ever experienced this with any movers. Taking care of Mr Jowers seemed to be bigger than our client.
