Our movers showed up with no tools, though the original request included installing TV mounts. They scratched our refrigerator, took one door off of it with OUR tools, and still couldn't move it into the kitchen. They left it, with one door off, in the dining room. On their way out, they ran over my mailbox.

the whole experience was wonderful. The office staff answered all of my questions. The movers were extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything as we went along. They worked non stop from the time they got here till they were done. I feel I really got my monies worth. Everything was packed and moved with care.
