The office staff set the standard for me; in that I expected excellency. They were very informative and professional, answering any questions that I had. After that, the movers arrived on time (after giving me a courtesy call), ready to work. There was no time being wasted. Both Valentino and Jamel were involved in the move. The were simply excellent (professional, yet obviously hard working). I have moved several times, using other moving companies. My experiences has always been good. I have to admit, however, that Two Men and A Truck beat them all; in taking care of office business, price, and especially the movers!

The ONLY issue was they used my TV power cable to tie up a base to a chair. Should have used cable ties or bungie strap. Management should supply these products so they have them on every move.

Movers took appropriate care of my items, were courteous and professional, explained each step in the process, brought to my attention any existing damage or potential issues, were very efficient and did not waste any time, finished ahead of my estimate of time needed.

The guys were respectful, good attitude and no complaining about anything... the team worked well together gave one another respect.. it seem they knew exactly what to do how to help one another... I'm grateful to have met such respectable guys. At the end the confirmed all was moved from each room od old home and then place in designated area of new home... explained my charges to me in beginning and at the end... keep those 3 guys together they work good with one another. Thank you for sure.
