Your scheduling department was helpful and patient. The Tucker moving team of two was polite, courteous, very careful with my things and patient with staging placement of things on the delivery end. Manager stayed in touch to make sure everything went smoothly.

The moving team that arrived was wonderful! The issue arrived when the movers got to my apartment and told me that they were unable to move majority of my items because they were "loose items" and could not put them on the truck. If I was informed earlier to have everything in a bin or a box we could have avoided ME moving items myself AFTER I paid for a moving service!

Arron and Jordan were outstanding! They started work within minutes of arriving, and I did not see either of them take a break until everything was on the truck! When we arrived at our destination, they were again constantly unloading the truck and moving the contents into my storage unit. They were very careful with some very fragile equipment, and I believe everything arrived safe and sound.
