The movers thought it wasn’t necessary to inform me that when moving my washer and dryer unit that they had caused significant damage to my wall. Of which I am having to repair now in order to get my deposit back.

From day of quote to pickup and delivery day everyone involved was exceptional to work with. The care of moving our belongings and placing them where they went was with the best care. Would highly recommend our group of guys, they were friendly, respectful and professional.

I cannot begin to express how upset I am with your movers. They were not in the least bit careful with my belongings, nor with my house. I will NEVER use your company again, and I would advise others not to use them as well. Your people need some serious training as to how to properly move other people's things. You also need to explain to your employees that "mouthiness" and making excuses for damages ("It's not my fault") are completely unacceptable.

The two movers were very friendly and worked hard to move our stuff quickly. We didn’t have a lot of items damaged in the move. However, they stacked lighter boxes on the bottom with heavy boxes on top so we had light damage to fragile items. One mover smoked multiple cigarettes in the moving truck and while our belongings were in there so when we moved into the new house we had a strong cigarette smell. Very unprofessional. Will not use this company again.

Things were damaged didn't notice when your moving youre too busy, put my wifes office desk together and its broken two places But that's what we paid for Wont use you again or recommend your company.

Roberto and Pierrewere very professional, polite, and took good care of our furniture. Moving furniture can be stressful, I was confident with their skills and made the experience fun. Highly recommend this team and company

I rated my whole experience as excellent! This was the first time I used Two Men & a Truck and I was totally impressed with the service I received from the first call to the two fantastic movers walking out the door after moving furniture, etc. Raymond and Derek are an awesome team and when I move anything again - I want them back again. They were totally professional, sincere, polite, and funny! The ladies that helped with my first call to set up the move, and the nice lady who helped me change the location where the furniture was to be dropped off - everyone who helped me was also totally professional, extremely polite, and sincere. All excellent traits - and I hope you let this team/staff know how much I appreciated their help with this move. Thank you...

Valentine, Avery, Jimmy, OC, Larry, Melvin and JT showed up on time at 9:30, and went right to work. There was a lot of laughing and joking and seven rooms of furniture, clothes and miscellaneous possessions, a ton or so of machines and tools and three tons (no kidding) of books were onboard three trucks by noon. It's only six miles to our new house, so by 3:30 and with more joking, seven rooms of furniture were in the house and positioned as well as we could manage, the clothes and possessions were where we wanted them, and a ton or so of machines and tools and three tons of books were in the garage where they will stay temporarily pending the finishing of the basement. There was absolutely no breakage, no damage to our possessions or either house, and we couldn't be more pleased.
