I still haven’t received a call from on ops manager. I have a few issues with my service. I have missing items, torn up furniture, smoking in the back of the truck with my furniture, holes in walls. I even called in to the support team and left a message after requesting a call from a manger from the moving team. It’s been a week since the move and two days since I called in.

Everyone was great. Lamora was my initial contact and provided me with the 1st quote. Ryanne was my last contact and she suggested an increase from 2 men to 3 which worked out well. Moving day, I had Derrick as team leader with Larry and Kendrick. They were very fast (and careful) - efficient too. All 3 were personable, very polite and professional. Would recommend both company and my team!

I had an AMAZING experience with my moving team! They worked diligently as they moved my belongings out of two separate storages. We laughed and joked and made light out of a long, tiring day! They were extremely helpful in getting things into each designated room to make ease of the move.
