my moving team were fast, friendly and professional. I would recommend this team to anyone needing an efficient and thorough household move.

Our move was scheduled for noon-1pm on Saturday. Our mover called Saturday close to arrive time to let us know they would be able to arrive until after 5pm due to a family situation. I understand that those things come up, but there was no back-up team nor a way to reschedule. The movers didn’t arrive until about 6:30pm. That was a late night for my 3 children and ruined the carefully planned timetable for the weekend. Lewis, customer service, was to call me Monday to discuss the moving fees. I left messages, but was unable to speak with him and never got any more help from the Stockbridge office. He didn’t pursue it further, I got no email etc and have a sick child-so chasing him down is last on my list. I will absolutely NOT be able to recommend your company at all to all of our pilot friends relocating for Delta jobs (that’s lots) and will be sure to let my realtor know of the experience. Life happens, but failure to have any means of backup support is the office staff’s failing. Not hearing anything from customer service offering to make this right with the customer is management’s fault.

My experience with Two Men an a Truck, was very professional, kind and caring of my items.
Very, helpful and concern with the moving of my items. Also, making sure they were pleasing
my family in the process of the move...They were, just AWESOME!!!...And, we will continue to use the service, also refer it to others...Thanks!

Virginia was great! The team was great! A suggestion... It would be encouraging to the men who do the moving if the company would give a bonus to those who don't have a damage claim for a number of months and save the company money in the long run. Thank you!!

We were extremely satisfied with this company's service from the booking through the move. Everyone was very courteous, helpful, and fulfilled each responsibility. We also really appreciate the local Two Men and a Truck's support of the non-profit organization Southern Conservation Trust (how we first heard about the company). We love seeing people supporting each other's businesses and missions in the community!

I am absolutely thrilled with how my move went. The movers were professional and fast, and everything came over perfectly. From my delicate crystal to suitcases of clothes, everything was handled with care and respect. I know I will rely on Two Men and a Truck the next time I move, and I am going to be sure to tell everyone the same.

???? hat’s off to my two movers Rashan and James, very, very professional and friendly ????????????????????????????????????????

Overall moving was good and the movers were excellent. Unfortunately the moving truck spilled oil on our new driveway and has created a problem. Your team has been responsive in trying to fix, but still an issue. Other than that unfortunate issue, a smooth move and really appreciated Rasheed and his team. Company needs to ensure their vehicles are in good condition with no leaks.

I spoke with the office staff in reference to scheduling and the process which was explained to me. Once the crew arrived they informed me of all the things they didn't do which was the opposite of everything the office told me. I was initially told that they were not going to shrink wrap or pad my furniture and as a result some pieces were damaged. The insurance that is offered is highway robbery. I will not recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone.

The movers (Tyler, Chris, and Trenton) were extremely professional and dedicated. The one aspect that would have made it better was for the initial estimate to have been a bit more thorough. The actual amount moved was twice as much weight as the estimate. There was also one pickup truck load and a utility trailer worth of my goods that were not loadable on the truck. Even though it took approximately 11 hours (including 3 hour drive time) Tyler, Chris and Trenton saw that everything was accounted for from the move. I'll use Two Men and a Truck in the future, but I'll insist that the initial estimate be more accurate for an entire household worth of goods.
