The gentlemen were very friendly, helpful, and proficient. They explained the process and paperwork. They asked if I wanted the furniture wrapped, place cover barriers at the door framework, watched carefully what they were doing to make sure nothing was damaged. They even removed parts of my weight equipment to get it upstairs then put it back together. They worked well together and asked if there were anything else that needed moving. Simply great!

Your entire team did a great job!!! The only issue was damage to 2 chairs. Still waiting for a call about that. We have used 2 men and a truck before and will use again. Tell the guys thanks!!!

All around, I was pleased with the service when it did happen. There were some hang ups with scheduling due to unforeseen circumstances
with your trucks. I understand those things, but communication could been a little better. That was the only reason for the 3 stars. The office staff and crew were very nice, and the job was done well.

The moving team showed up on time and handled things well. The service was great, but I would say the cost is on the high side.

Previous moves with you were great, this move was good in only one area, moving time was short. But I think quality was sacrificed for speed. We ended up with damaged furniture and the movers damaged our beautiful hardwood floor. I am hoping that the repair of the floor by Two Men and a Truck is not a long drawn out process. We were supposed to receive a phone call within two business days, it did not come. I will call them tomorrow, hope it goes well, no hassles.

Too many damaged items. A dining room chair (just purchased), a file cabinet, outdoor furniture with holes, boxes clearly marked fragile with broken glasses and glass, damaged 1/2 bath artwork, outdoor umbrella with a hole. I have pictures. Will wait to hear back from claims. The team was professional but they went too fast.

The moving team was great. They took great care with out stuff and both houses. Very very happy customer!
