Very disappointed in the overall service. My last 2 moves cost $700 or less and were harder and this was around $1,600 for less furniture and having the freight elevator available (which was not available when moved in). Damage to baby crib. Important lost items that I still cannot find (Where are they?). I have always had a high regard for 2 Men and a Truck but this will be the last time I use them and will no longer recommend them to others. This is completely unacceptable. My entire family and friends are in the real estate business one way or another and deal with people moving everyday. I have let them know of this experience and they will stop recommending 2 men and a truck going forward unless things get remedied. This is completely 100% unacceptable!

BEWARE!!! We used Two Men and a Truck for a local move. The movers were on time and completed the move correctly; however, at the end of the move after being tipped $160 dollars on a $550 dollar local move, one employee STOLE a lawn edger out of our garage. We didn’t notice until a few weeks later, when we searched VIDEO CAMERAS (which are all over our house) and were shocked that an employee of Two Men and a Truck stole from us. We notified Two Men and a Truck, but after a week of getting the run around, not much has been communicated, and we still have not been reimbursed for the stolen equipment. I would not recommend the Chamblee, GA Two Men and a Truck location to anyone given this situation

We take accusations of theft very seriously. Please contact the authorities to file a report. They are best suited to handle a matter of this gravity. We will work with them in any way that they see fit and will make the employees available to them if they see fit.

The two gentlemen that came to move my furniture were great! When I booked the appointment I was not notified that I had to pay in cash because it was going to a storage unit. The guys called someone and got it approved that I could pay with my card. When the movers were taking my things one of the legs on my end table broke off. I was told this would be noted and they would take care of it. On Monday morning I got a call asking how my move went. The lady said she would put a claim in but I have yet to hear back and this has been over a month. Very disappointed in the office staff and handling of this issue. The two guys who actually moved my things were great!

The office staff was pleasant and helpful. The movers were very nice and fast and did their best to pack our belongings. Unfortunately they did not know how to handle a sleep number mattress and we are working to fix a valve that was pulled out improperly. The load was underestimated so that a few of our belongings did not get on the truck. A couple of the movers came by afterward with a pickup truck and deliver a couple of things but still the rugs, exercise bike, and artificial tall tree never made it to the destination. We should have made two deliveries to get everything. Overall movers are not perfect and even large companies leave a lot to be desired but the convenience here was good and we dealt with local people.

my experience with the actual move was overall very good. Unfortunately , they did over a thousand dollars of damage to my mother-in-law's property. The moving van absolutely destroyed her lawn. Upon leaving they also took out a power line and a cable box and line from the neighbor. The disturbing thing is that they actually new they did it and left anyway. We witnessed it. What can you do for me?

I've used your company 4xs and this last move will be my last... I've been told i will get $12 for a $600 painting that was ruined by your movers apparently i didn't read the "fine print" ...which is crazy right, EVERYBODY reads the "fine print" hahahahahaha
not to mention your movers complained and breathed heavily... over exaggerated how hard the move was to get a better tip... which we gave each mover $100 (3 men) and one still hinted to wanting more money afterwards. and one dropped candy wrappers wherever he ate his candy on the floor throughout my home... will NEVER use you again!

We did find damage on our coffee table after they left. Looks almost like it was dropped. Other than that they were professional, respectful and mindful of our furniture.

Movers had great attitudes and were very personable. However, they did not do as good of a job as the last time we used Two Men. Our TV was cracked during the move (6" crack in the screen) that is not repairable. Full disclosure, the coverage we selected only covers $30.60 and Two Men offered to double that. That really doesn't make me feel better about having to replace a $1K TV though. Not sure I can recommend Two Men going forward.
