The first the that I mentioned when talking to the guy on the phone was that I wanted to be packed and unpacked. He only marked down that I wanted boxes to be delivered and moved. Talk about a nightmare. I’m way too busy to worry about packing.

The drivers didn't have the tools to disassemble the bed frame, needed to borrow my tools. The dresser was scratched on the corner and my TV, which was brand new, doesn't work after handling
