Nice hard working and respectful. Couldn't ask for more

service was outstanding and price was reasonable. would definitely use TM again.

The movers NEVER showed up for the scheduled move, DID NOT CALL to say they were not coming. I call twice and NEVER GOT A RETURN CALL. DID NOT RECIEVE A FOLLOW UP call to apologize for the bad service and complete in consideration of my time. The worst display of customer service I have ever experienced. I would NOT recommend this service and will be sure to share my bad experience with anyone who will listen. I don't know how this company is STILL in business. Again, the WORST DISPLAY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

The team was responsive, hard-working yet sensitive to my needs and care for my belongings

Today I will expect a call back/email regarding the move that occurred on Friday. I spoke with office staff on Saturday and stated that there will be follow up with Chet. The movers took an enormous amount of time to move a 1 bedroom. Double what it took your last crew to move me in. Multiple items were broken including a piece of furniture. They left tape, coffee at my former residence and blankets at my new residence. The largest complaint is that I will now be required to clean the carpets at my new place and am concerned that they are permanently damaged. I expect to receive a refund on this move including the $60 cash tip I gave the drivers before i realized the damage.

The guys were very nice and accommodating. Overall great experience

The guys were professional, fast and wonderful. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for their excellent customer service, and their professionalism. Thank you all so much! You all made our move easy!

The head guy in charge did not Seem to know what he was doing! The other two men where doing all of the work.
We had damages to the walls and flooring. I have filled a claim and I have not heard back from them yet.
