David, Demetrius and Demetrius were great! They were fast and courteous and did whatever we asked. They did a great job, and it was an overall great experience. I would have them move me anytime.

The guys were nice enough but very rough on my furniture and appliances. Our refrigerator door was severely dented and a large scratch was put on our dryer. The movers also lost parts to two of our bed sets. One of them left some tools and we had to bring them to him. Starting a claim but they haven't been timely about getting back to us on it. It seems like we have to chase them down to get some resolution instead of them contacting us.

The moving team was so respectful, helpful, and gave over the top customer service.

My crew was amazing! They went out of their way to make sure I had a good experience. I have two broken toes and was pretty useless, so I would have been lost without them. Thank you so much!!!

We are 3 broken items that will need to be repaired/replaced. How do we go about taking care of this? The rest of the move was great.

The movers were not able to fit all of my items into the truck. Before I moved I spoke with someone and we discussed the size of my house, furniture and the number of boxes. All items were listed in the pre-move letter and I had the right number boxes. Therefore, I have no idea why several of my items didn’t fit in the truck. The movers suggested coming back for the items but that would haves added another 2-3 hours because of the driving time. I wasn’t going to pay for that when it was your mistake that you didn’t send the correct size truck. I called the office but it was Memorial Day so no one answered. I left messages asking to call me back the next day to help me solve the problem and have not heard from anyone. I will never recommend you nor use you again.

Make sure mud and trash is not tracked into the properties

I can’t thank my moving team enough. They arrived on time and they were ready to go. The men were so professional and swift. They knew their job and they executed it to perfection. Whatever you are paying them is not enough because they are true gems. I would recommend that specific team. Thank you so very much!

Everything was great except the truck. The truck leaked fluid on the driveway of my gated community, the HOA made me clean it up. There was a pipe (muffler, exhaust?) hanging from the bottom of the truck. The guys looked fine, the truck did not. If I were to contract again, I would specify that that the TRUCK has to be acceptable.
