Movers worked quickly. They didn’t take breaks or waste time. They were efficient and worked hard. They were kind and courteous and were very respectful to my entire family. I appreciated all their hard work as we moved into our new home.

I was not happy with the initial contact of the office I could not reach a human being after they left a message on my job phone instead of cell phone. Secondly, the men could not get all my furniture out scratched up wall and doorways. I had to pay another moving company to get the rest of the furniture out. And I was charged for 4 hours for 12 items in my home. No boxes. Storage facility, my items just thrown in there. I am very upset I will never recommend your company to family or friends

I had a small move this time - just from one storage unit to another on the same floor in the building. The two young men were courteous and helpful, and they did an excellent job!

You guys did a great job! Excellent service. 1st time I've been really impressed with a moving company and the individuals moving my belongings.

We had an extremely negative experience with our move today. Our sofa was damaged since the movers dropped it on the ground twice. Our newly installed floors were damaged because the feet of the sofa were damaged. Our newly painted walls were damaged. The movers took the blankets which the furniture was wrapped and the blankets do not belong to Two Men and a Truck. After the movers left we noticed glass on the street, but we haven’t been able to locate what is broken, yet. The movers also refused to put our bed together.
I have pictures to prove all of the above. This is the fourth time we’ve used Two Men and a Truck, and it is unfortunately our last. I look forward to receiving your reply on how you will mitigate these situations.

The moving team provided by Two Men and a Truck were excellent. They were very helpful, polite and respectful. I appreciate their hard work on such a long hot day! Would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again! Highly recommend!

The only negative was that I asked repeatedly for a smaller truck because this was a small, one bedroom, intown move -- and I got an enormous truck. This caused some stress on the destination side of the move, but my moving team handled it exceptionally well.
