I am very pleased with our move with Two Men and a Truck. Zeke and Travis were very positive, professional, and careful with our furniture. They were also protective of our wood floors and door trim, while moving in and placing furniture. Zeke and Travis were even very patient with me while I made last minute decisions! I also appreciate the professional and helpful office staff who helped me in setting up my moving date and time: Von and Pam. Thank you for a positive moving experience!

I could have saved some money if the moving team had power tools. I had a bunk bed that had a ton of screws that needed to be undone to disassemble and it took forever because he had to do it by hand. My move took probably an hour extra because of this.

We truly appreciate the opportunity to help with your move. I'm sorry that this part of the move took longer than you would have liked; but I am glad they were able to get it disassembled for you. Our standard set of hand tools is sufficient for the majority of our moves; however, we do understand that some moves may require different tools. Had we known that a power tool would have been needed, we could have brought one. We rely on our customers informing us of unique circumstances so we can be better equipped to serve the customer's needs. Other than than, I am pleased that the rest of the move went well. This was our fourth move with Two Men and a Truck. They were almost two hours late to start loading. Due to problems with the truck, they were almost seven hours late to unload. This was a five hundred mile move. A $1000 coffee table was damaged beyond repair. An acceptable adjustment was made. All things considered, we would use them again.

The movers were very fast, and we were finished well ahead of the time we had anticipated. This is great. However, part of what I chose your company for was the inclusion of packing materials. It was a rainy day. Mattress bags we had paid for were not sent, and there was almost no plastic wrap, so all soft furnishings were wet. They also did not wrap my wood furniture well at all. Many pieces were against the sides of the truck without padding, metal against wood. EVERY piece of my wood furniture has been scratched in multiple places. The speed was excellent; the care for my furniture was abysmal.

Mattress was not put into a bag that was purchased (and then refunded). As a result, mattress (that was only 3 months old) was dirty from the move. Certain pieces of wood furniture were not wrapped for protection - specifically headboard and footboard. Move out of building took about an hour, but then movers took a 45 minute break so I needed to wait at storage facility for them to show back up. One mover was very friendly and helpful, while the other mover was very aloof and would not even look at me. Felt very uncomfortable. I have used this company in the past in CT and did not have the same issues. Overall they did a good job, but having to wait for 45 minutes was a big imposition on my time as I was waiting to go back to work after move was complete.
