I would like to recognize Carla in the office who lent her support from creating an estimate, up until we were unloaded into our new home. My husband and I had a closing nightmare and Carla was able to reschedule the move without a hitch in addition to having open communication the entire time. She went above and beyond what should be expected and gave exceptional customer service.
I would also like to give a shout out to Tomas our driver and his team. They did not let us down when our unload time got extremely delayed due to a late closing on top of mother nature deciding to pour buckets of rain. They were very professional and were willing to stay way past any close of business to get the job done.
I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck.

My Faux fireplace was taken apart by your lead man deliver to my efficiency apartment in pieces. When Kerry sent back the lead man who took it apart I asked him why he did that ? His answer was it would not fit on your truck. If that is so why didn't he take apart my Upright piano? He refused to re assemble the fireplace which I bought from Debbie the 20 year founder of Palm Beach Harvest who is a friend of the franchise owner of two men and a truck. Also your lead man when it was raining toward the end of the jog carried out uncovered a dog lamp with a silk shade not covered My china dog lamp did not break.I Jim (me) is a 75 year old suffering from COPD . My ability to lift isn't much much more than my check book. I've told my of my friends, Their friends etc.and so on. BAD JOB!

<div>Good afternoon Jim, I'm shocked that you reviewed us this way. we thought that we could leave you satisfied seeing as we sent out our driver the next day (At no charge to you) to make sure that your items were assembled. our driver let us know that you told him you didn't want to have it assembled. he only took it apart as it had glass inside of it and it is our procedure to pack and protect every Item that we move. the lamp that was unbroken as you stated was protected upon being brought onto the truck being put in a box that we did no charge you for. we attempted to reach out to you after receiving this review and have heard nothing else back from you.. if there is anything else we can do to make sure you are happy please reach out to our office.</div>

Demetrius is fantastic! Pete is excellent and a hard worker as well. Carla is a gem. I can’t say enough good things about your company but again, Demetrius was friendly, hard working, resourceful and exceeded my high expectations of him. I had him in February on another move so I know how good he is. I specifically asked for him this time and he was great.
