Mark
Juan and Charles were very efficient and timely when they came to collect my goods and went over and above my expectations when they had issues at the delivery address. I could not have been happier with the support they gave me and the communication through the office team. Highly recommended!

Dreneen
I have used two men in the truck at least on six different occasions. The movers did not assemble my bed and I guess they thought that I would not find out until I moved again. I called the office at least twice to let them know and never heard back from them. I had to call a third time and finally spoke with someone.
Response
Thank you for your honest feedback, Dreneen. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with our team's performance with your last move on 11-1-25. We are hoping that after your conversation with our office staff, we were able to make things right. We value your business, and would hate to lose you as a customer. If there is anything else we could do for you, please do not hesitate to contact our offices at 813-988-7388. Have a great day!

I like using this company because I can schedule on short notice, they show up on time, and they get the job done. I especially use them for moving heavy items around our house. I’m too old to move very heavy furniture anymore. All the crew that I’ve had here have been very nice. I do recommend this company.
Response
