Office team should inform the client/ customer that the movers can't disconnect water from washer and dryer or remove anything in the wall like a TV mount. Not a big problem since I was able to do so but it would be helpful for preplanning and others who are not able to do so.

The two movers assigned to my move were more than disappointing. They damaged my bed and charged me for mattress bags and tv boxes that I did not ask them for. I had my own boxes and they chose to do their own thing. They still used my mattress bags but charged me for theirs. Never send me those two movers again.
