This is the first time I've ever hired movers for a local move. Our movers, Juan, Carlos and Kenneth exceeded our expectations! They worked so hard and so quickly and they were so professional and careful with our belongings. They were also so respectful and polite to my entire family. I felt like we had made new friends by the end of the day. I can't imagine ever not using TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in the future. If it's possible to pass along my comments to Juan, Carlos and Kenneth, please express my appreciation for making our moving day so stress-free for us and please let them know they have definitely set the bar high. They are excellent representatives of your company and I would request them by name for my next move, hoping they are still with the company.

Pro's: Movers were courteous to me. Movers moved quickly.
Con's: Initial confusion about initial location so would've been overcharged had I not caught error. Movers didn't use plastic wrap and scratched & dented some items and walls. Still waiting to hear back from office staff on claim for 1 item that incurred more than minor scratch/dent.

The two guys worked hard and explained what was happening and how it all worked.
In general took good care of furniture, but we did end up with a couple of minor marks I guess that’s part of the risk of moving

The service was great even though the wrong truck was sent. They did not have ramps for my golf cart even though I specifically asked for that ability. It was quickly resolved by you bringing another ramp, and reducing my time by one hour, since it was not my mistake. The guys did a great job, and were very polite and friendly. Ricky and Nate worked very hard, and represented your company very will. Thanks.

I love using you guys! I've used you for 3 moves now and plan to use you in 6 months when our house is ready! Great value, excellent service, and always fun but professional! Jerry. Felipe did an awesome job. Angie in office was great dealing with, following up. Matt make having to setup a return trip due to paving of front street at my house. Everyone i dealt with was great at their job. Will use again. And reccomend to anyone. Great service, job.
