Let me start by saying I loved the guys that helped me. They were both extremely professional/efficient. One of my pieces however did get damaged. I disassembled all of my bedroom furniture in advance of their arrival, with the exception of my dresser/mirror. One of the guys unscrewed two bolts to disconnect the pieces & never returned them to me. I mentioned this on my 'satisfaction call' with one of your reps, and they were supposed to get back to me on where he left them at. After not hearing back, I went to Lowes to purchase new bolts so I could put it back together. Upon arriving home today & moving my dresser off the wall to get to the mirror that was placed behind it, I found that my mirror was broken & ruined. Very disappointed to see this was hidden & expect to be compensated.

Your movers worked as a team all day, A VERY LONG DAY.Tony, Xaver, Dalton and Hector all very extremely courteous even when we changed our placement of the many boxes and furniture. This was not an easy move and they were the perfect team for us.

I had questions so I emailed the company. I got prompt and accurate responses.
As time got close I changed my inventory, but they weren’t alarmed. They were ready for me.
My liaison told me my appointment was 7:30-830 but my team would arrive about 8 since they’d get their truck at 7:30am. At 8am there was a knock at the door.
The men were friendly, professional and fast. My things were moved, Undamaged.
My many many moves I’ve never had such a smooth experience.
