However too many phone calls during week to “remind me” of my appt and yet they are the ones that came LATE. And an hour after my window. Also called me the day before to ask if they could come earlier. Didn’t think the office staff did enough to remediate that considering the fact that I was in the schedule for another move the following weekend. They did nothing to try and compensate the price for me even more for the following weekend. So I am no longer using them and I called and cancelled. I am now using a different service for my next move.

After checking your account, we do see that a confirmation call was placed 2 days before your move, and we also reached out the day prior to your move, to offer to bump you up to the first available morning appointment, as we had a cancellation. We like to give our clients the option to go earlier in the day, so that we may give a set arrival time, but estimated arrival windows are gladly provided for customers who require later appointments. We are sorry if those courtesy calls were perceived as excessive or an inconvenience and are happy to offer emails as a preferred method of contact, going forward. <br/>Regretfully, the job prior to yours went over its estimated time, due to unforeseen circumstances, and the replacement crew we rounded up did show up 45-minutes after your arrival window, and for that we apologize, as I’m sure that was frustrating. We had applied a discount to this move, as well as the next move you had scheduled, and although it was cancelled, we will be sure to apply that hourly credit to your next move with us, given the opportunity.
