My 1 yr old bed damaged and "resolution" offered was insulting. The response was rude, pushy and offensive. I was told take it or leave it basically...$250 repair or check with no workmanship guarantee for a ruined $900 bed. Unacceptable. Disappointed and annoyed. Just do the right thing.

The gentlemen, Jerry and Cody went out of their way to provide great service. They emptied my storage unit and with time to spare. On the way to garage to deliver storage , they stopped by house to add items I could not lift because of health reasons. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and kindness.

Previously we were happy w the service although a glass coffee table top was broken during move. They were very accommodating in replacement with glass of same thickness & quality
Recent crew, very polite, hardworking. At the end they seemed a bit less conscientious but got the job done. Received a call 3 days later from storage comp & some of our items had been left on elevator glad not stolen
