The two men were excellent but the extended time and cost was because they did not have necessary tools or expertise
in dismantling a king size bed. This bed was no more unusual than others and they had no trouble re-erecting the bed
upon arrival at the new home.

We had you move our belongings into your storage for 3 months until our house was done. Donandacirc;??t know when all the damage was done to our household funiture/ into or out of storage however, our furniture was definitely mishandled. Still unresolved. Very disappointed this time.

NEVER TOOK EVERYTHING ...I ASKED FOR BOXES JUST IN CASE I NEEDED, AND THEY NEVER BROUGHT ANY, LEFT A TV AND PICTURE BEHIND
AND I HAD TO PUT A LOT OF TV HOOK UPS IN MY CAR
Response
<div class="bv-review-response-container">
<div>We apologize for the lapse in communication in regards to bringing extra boxes the day of the move. We do require a sign off by the customer that no items were left behind before we leave the load and that was signed by you. We appreciate your feedback as it is a great training tool.</div>

Moving my father in law from Assisted Living facility to a Memory Care facility. The men showed up early - which was fine with us. They worked very efficiently and carefully. We also needed a trip to Treasure Coast Hospice Thrift Store and the local dump. The men could not have been more agreeable and friendly and polite. It made the very tough emotional move for us, not so bad. I knew that these guys and their truck would get us all from point A to point B. Thank you 2 Men and a Truck!
