Team Leader Forrest was great.
But, he had to constantly prod
the workers to keep moving and get things done in a faster manner.

Catherine Morris in the office was exceptional. I spoke with her quite a bit and she was so vibrant and helpful. She explained everything clearly and there were no surprises! With every conversation she followed up with an email and she never rushed me off the phone. Two men and a truck, you are very lucky to have her. Being in business with my family, I know how hard it is to find quality people like her. She is the employee we strive to find!
The movers were very kind, quick, and professional. My only hang up with them is that they did not want to take our lamps and picture frames and I am pretty sure those were included in the costs. My husband and I had to go back and move them ourselves which was unfortunate. Other than that I would use two men and a truck again!

<div>We're sorry to hear about the lamps and picture frames. The movers should have asked you to sign a release for those if they were not packed up securely, and then transported them. We will look into that. But we're very happy to hear about Catherine. She's a newer employee who has become a great part of our team. We'll pass your kudos along to her. Thanks so much!</div>

We were very happy with the movers - very courteous, helpful and efficient. The movers were great and the team at the front office was too. This was the second time we used the company and will definitely do so again.

I never use anyone else - for home or business. They make it so easy and are TRUSTWORTHY. As a woman, I feel safe with them and I have had a very bad experience in the past with another company. The men are nice, careful and trustworthy. Best moving company around. I would highly recommend and I DO!!

I had a difficult entry for my two-piece sectional. First side went in without issue. The longer side was extremely difficult. The movers tried every way possible to get it into the condo without any damage to my unit or my sectional. After several attempts, they succeeded. Very patient, determined and careful not to damage anything. Kudos to my moving team!
