The entire process was first class. The 2 workers were polite and worked very hard. Again, first class people and first class operation.

My two movers, Jabbar and Widley made our pack and move easy, they were on time quick and efficient and extremely courteous. Hope we have the same team when we finally move out belongings from storage into our new townhouse.

Awesome guys, great job, very professional.
Please make this survey form WAY shorter. (like, 3 questions and only 1-5 stars. Don't make people click a dropdown. Ideally, it should be embedded within the email -- there is no reason to go to a web page to submit this). Cheerio!

Response

<div class="bv-review-response-container">
<div>We're glad your move went well. And we appreciate your feedback about our review submission process. We'll pass your thoughts along to our corporate office, as they handle the survey design. Thanks.</div>

I found your company when I searched online for movers in my area. I’ve seen your trucks so I had brand recognition, and you had very good online ratings. Kenny in the office, and Gino and Narcisse all were easy to deal with and nice. The explained everything clearly and all did their jobs well. I would use your company again and recommend to a friend.

Customer service representative Natalie was amazing and was able to get everything setup with the movers! She went out of her way to assist, to make it work for us. Our movers Dillion, Deion, and Micaell were the greatest! Highly recommend them to move your belongings. They made the move from Fort Lauderdale to Naples easy. Took great care with my belongings.
