The truck was scheduled to arrive at 8 am but had manpower issues and a truck breakdown. In addition on of the crew had thought the truck breakdown was funny and laughed during the phone conversation. I asked that this worker be replaced before arriving at my apartment. The ops center was very understanding. however the move did bit begin until 11am. The new crew was considerate and did a good job.

I am a previous customer but this particular experience overall was not acceptable, and I may look elsewhere going forward.

The only think that wasn’t great is that I requested a protection for the hallway floor (new carpet in the common area) and it wasn’t provided.

Jabbar and Narcisse was absolutely amazing and really eased my worries about moving. Thrust made it quick and easy.

I am very satisfied with experience with Two Men and a Truck! I needed to move out of my apartment as soon as possible and also needed packing services. Calling and setting up an appointment for someone to come to my apartment for an estimate was very easy and I was able to get an appointment right away. I had my estimate sent to me within a few hours and was able to set a move date that worked best for my schedule. The two men who came to move and pack were on time, friendly and professional. I was very impressed with the packing service- they really have it down to a science! My move was an hour less than what was estimated and they did not use half of the packing supplies that were brought so my total expense was much less then anticipated which I loved!! Highly recommend this company!

Office got some of the info. Regarding our piano mixed up, but Garfield sorted it out with a manager/supervisor.
