My moving team came very early which is always so helpful and got to work right away. They were very cautious with all the equipment and would not touch/move something unless it was properly secured. I even asked if they would move a few lamps into the truck, and they did not feel comfortable without them being secured in a box, which says they really care for your things. Highly recommend!

I was pleased with the movers. Not so much with the nonresponse from an e-mail to John Schmidt with a question. The estimator was polite but Mr. Schmidt's lack of response has left a very poor taste in my mouth. When I get an e-mail -- I respond.
