Friendly and courteous, the team took good care of our possessions and packed the furniture very thoroughly. We were so pleased that they worked quickly and did the move in less than the estimated time, so we came in under budget. We would recommend Two Men and a Truck!

Because of the huricane damage to my house and surrounding areas, the moving teams had to avoid tree debree and other hazzards. The young men worked professionally and wasted no time. the following day, they unpacked everything into a storage facility with exuberance. great people, great team.

The movers broke one small glass lamp shade. They had to work very hard to make items fit in truck because it was a little small. But overall, a good job.

Of all the moves that happen in a month, mine had to be weird. The original crew sent to me had to be pulled off the job for personnel problems. A couple of managers and another worker came out to finish the move. Every effort was made by the managers to make the rest of move as smooth as possible. I was given a discount for the troubles. However, the original team scuffed up my couch and love seat, as well as damaging a bookshelf. The items are old hand me downs and are not worth the hassle of filing a claim. I can't rate this particular move well, but I will use Two Men and a Truck again based on their reputation among friends and coworkers, and that the managers did what they could to make things right.

Rachel was extremely professional and courteous. She explained everything and was very knowledgeable. The movers were very pleasant and professional and handled our furniture carefully. I would recommend them and use them again if needed. There was also a young lady that called after the move was completed to see how things went and she was also very pleasant, unfortunately I can't remember her name. Over all it was a good experience. I think that Rachel is awesome and I think she could teach classes on costumer service etiquette. There are a lot of businesses that have really poor customer service and it's refreshing to have a pleasant person on the other side of the phone.

Monte and D were excellent it was obvious that they know what they are doing and care about the customer. I couldn't ask for a better crew to move my stuff. They were very professional and thorough with packing and making sure my stuff was taken care of. They were also just genuinely nice guys and I appreciated that. If I needed to move in the future I would definitely try to request them because I truly believe they are the best.
