Our head mover, whose name has escaped me, was amazing! He was extremely polite and explained/answered all of my questions thoroughly. They all were very polite and friendly and were extremely careful with my belongings. Definitely worth the money!

We also checked our GPS system in the truck to ensure our movers only charged you for the time they were at your locations and found that you were accurately charged. Moving went generally fine until I was adding a few items to my storage unit. I found that the couch pillows were separated from the couch (cream white couch and pillows). I had to unload half of my storage unit to access my couch to put the pillows back with the couch inside the couch cover. That was a waste of my time to have to go back and fix that.
