The movers merely wrapped my Armoir only with plastic wrap until I asked them to wrap it with padding/quilt. My bookcases are wrapped only with plastic wrap. The driver opened my refrigerator without asking as if he was at home. They asked for tips. They asked for “lunch”. They had a very entitled attitude. A formal letter to the corporate office will follow this survey.

Dion, Willie, and Von did a great job. We were notified several times to verify the facts of what was being moved and other details concerning our appointment. All three gentlemen were hard workers, providing excellent customer service, no wasted time, very polite, and efficient.
