The initial communication with the office team and the moving team were both very good. However, there was slight damage done to the flooring that we noticed after the moving team had left. I called the office and left 2 messages on voicemail, one for a manager and one for a customer service person, asking how to make a claim for the damage. I never received a call back from anyone.

Delarris is who I talked to on the phone and who gave me my quote. He was nice, informative, professional and built great rapport. Johnny D, Deousha, & Marcus had me moved out and into my new place quickly. They were professional, careful with my belongings, and I trusted them fully. They ended up being good company and made us all laugh. Very personable and thorough! 5 stars from me!

I've used Two Men and A Truck before and had such a good experience I knew exactly who to use again. It makes it so much easier when you already know where to go for help. The gentlemen that do the moving are so professional and friendly, they make the experience very pleasant and easy. Will definitely recommend and use every time.

I have used Two Men and A Truck twice. Once for a local move and once for an out of state move. On both occasions they made the moves easy and were very professional. I had previously used another service and had multiple problems with “misunderstandings “ regarding the contract and billing issues. No issues with TM&aT. Can’t say enough good things about them. If you have to move use them!

All 3 of our movers were so kind and gentle with out belongings. And they hustled the entire time. It was amazing to come in under the estimated time when we scheduled the move!

Setting up the move was super efficient and easy. However, the movers damaged a freshly painted 1/2 wall in my house moving the furniture out. I realize it was necessary to pick the couch up and over the wall to remove it from my home but maybe they should have put a moving pad on it. They nicked the wood which now has to be re-sanded and re-painted.

Wayne and Cliff were my moving team and they arrived on time and eager to help. They were both professional, friendly, and made the move easy and enjoyable. They seem to enjoy what they do and are good at doing it. The total experience from calling for service, scheduling, and the actual move went so smoothly. I was really pleased also with the reminders which made me know everything was set.
