I thought the movers and the office workers were great and had great customer service, however I feel as if there was a communication gap between all parties, I had to reiterate the plan for my move to every person I spoke to but overall it was a great experience

I kept an incident unreported because I didn’t want my 2 guys who moved me to get in any hot water. I still don’t. I was told I would be contacted to deal with the situation! As of yet I have not been contacted. Please have the gentlemen who did my move call me. I want to resolve this and ask my movers to live up to what they told me. My phone # is on file.

We just needed a large couch moved and the team were wonderful to work with! We will use them every time we need anything moved! They are a great company from the office staff to the movers/drivers!
We had requested an 830 start time and they didn't arrive until around 920 but thankfully the woman we were buying from allowed us to still get the furniture.

The whole experience was positive! Haley was so helpful on the phone with my quote. Wayne and Demarcus were our movers that day and they were both so patient, kind and professional. The move actually was completed in less time than quoted! We would definitely use them again,
